Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. has restructured its sales and marketing division. The new position of Director Global Sales & Marketing is held by Małgorzata Olszewska, daughter of Solange and Krzysztof Olszewski, founders and owners of the company.
Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. has restructured its sales and marketing division. The new position of Director Global Sales & Marketing is held by Małgorzata Olszewska, daughter of Solange and Krzysztof Olszewski, founders and owners of the company.
Since 1 May 2011, Małgorzata Olszewska has been Director Global Sales & Marketing of Solaris Bus & Coach with full responsibility for the reorganised sales and marketing division, which consists of Public Tenders Department, Inland Sales, Export as well as Marketing and Public Relations. Małgorzata Olszewska will also be responsible for managing the company’s foreign sales offices.
Thanks to this change, the company - which is already present on 23 markets in Europe and the Middle East – will realise further growth potential of the bus industry.
Małgorzata Olszewska is 32 years old. Her parents, Solange and Krzysztof are founders and owners of Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. She started her work at Solaris in 2004, gaining valuable insight into the company’s structure and operations in Production, Quality Control, Export and Marketing departments. Since 2008, Małgorzata Olszewska has been managing director of Solaris Deutschland GmbH, the company’s sales office in Germany. Since 2010, she has also been managing director of Solaris Austria GmbH.
