Central Service Workshop

The Central Service Workshop of Solaris is made up of professionals who are able to diagnose each and every malfunction in a Solaris vehicle and to quickly take measures to repair the defect. The Central Service Workshop consists of several departments, including a Customer Service Department and a Workshop in charge of meeting the needs of our Customers on an ongoing basis.

  • Our personnel is trained by component suppliers in professional training centres DAF (including EURO V and VI), Cummins (including EURO V and VI), Iveco, Voith, ZF, Eaton, Wabco, Huebner, Konvekta, Groeneveld, Mobitec, Continental, Actia, Texa
  • Repairs carried out on the Customer’s premises, at a site indicated by the Customer or in the Central Workshop. Our emergency telephone line is available 24/7: +48 601 714 707, having been informed about a problem our operator will immediately delegate the repair crew on duty to attend to the damaged vehicle at the location indicated by the caller
  • Organisation of transport of a damaged vehicle to the seat of an Authorised Solaris Repair Centre
  • Non-cash settlement of damage rectification under accident and theft insurance or third-party liability of the party liable for the damage
  • Extremely good command of machinery and systems installed in Solaris vehicles
  • Direct access to comprehensive producer documentation, repair technologies and original spare parts of Solaris
  • Authorised by leading producers of, among others, engines (Cummins, DAF), air conditioning (Sütrack, Konvekta)
