Solaris has signed further contracts with Nobina. The agreements cover the delivery of a total of 103 Solaris Urbino 15 LE electric. The zero-emission vehicles will operate routes in the regions of Stockholm, Göteborg, and Skåne. Deliveries are scheduled for 2027.
The Scandinavian public transport operator Nobina is once again expanding its bus fleet in Sweden with Solaris vehicles. The latest contracts mark another significant orders placed by Nobina over the past two years. This time, the operator has ordered a total of 103 Solaris Urbino 15 LE electric buses under three separate contracts. Deliveries of the low-entry e-buses are scheduled for mid-2027. 50 vehicles will operate in the Stockholm region, 49 will serve in the Skåne region, and 4 in the vicinity of Göteborg.

The Urbino 15 LE electric buses are designed for both urban and suburban transport. Each vehicle ordered by Nobina will be equipped with modern high-capacity Solaris High Energy batteries, ensuring a sufficient range for routes extending beyond urban areas.
Solaris has been cooperating with Nobina continuously since 2010. In recent years, the Scandinavian transport operator has been steadily expanding its zero-emission fleet in Sweden. Since 2024, Solaris has delivered a total of 201 electric buses to Nobina. In 2026 and 2027, the manufacturer will deliver a total of over 320 electric vehicles to the operator. The latest orders are another confirmation of Nobina’s ambitious plans to develop sustainable bus transport in both urban areas and suburban regions across Sweden.
