Solaris Bus US, Inc., a Transit Vehicle Manufacturer (“TVM”) of passenger transit buses with manufacturing facilities in Elmira, New York, has submitted its  FY 2026 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Rule 49 CFR Part 26. 

Solaris Bus US, Inc.’s overall goal for FY 2026 (Oct. 1, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2026) is 1.88% of the total amount of domestic contracted dollars we will expend on USDOT-assisted contracts.  Please see listed below Solaris Bus US, Inc.’s DBE goal setting methodology.
